Great communication, responding to emails very quickly. I was given a fixed price quote and an agreed date and time. The contractor turned up exactly on time on the date agreed and completed the work with a minimal of disruption.
What I also like about this contractor is, they are very clear about the service that they can do and anything they cannot. They do not get involved with or attempt to do work they are not qualified to do. As a customer you know exactly where you stand. They are a very professional outfit that I would highly recommend.
